Role overview

A Part Time Housekeeper position has become available at our stunning five star resort; Keswick Reach Lodge Retreat in the Lake District.

The Housekeeping team are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join them at their award winning resort close to Keswick in the heart of the Lake District. You will work within the team to ensure all guest accommodation and company buildings are presented to a high standard as well as respond promptly to any enquiries and job requests.

Duties will also include assisting with laundry and keeping accurate inventories of stock for accommodation and cleaning supplies.

This is a permanent position to work part time, variable hours. This will include weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all rental fleet and company premises to the highest standard.
• Cleaning of all windows inside and outside.
• Assist with delivery and collection and making up of laundry boxes.
• Keeping accurate inventories and replenishing when required.
• Assisting with laundry services where required.
• Ensure the prompt reporting of any lost and found property.

What experience you will need

• You will have similar previous experience in a housekeeping role.

What skills you will need

• Good customer service skills to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Driving licence is essential due to use of park vehicles.
• Strong communication skills using a variety of mediums.
• Positive attitude to work with willingness to learn new skills.
