We want to be different from those other leisure and hospitality operators. We don’t see our people as simply sets of hands to work behind our bars or in our kitchens, instead we believe that our people are the most important piece of our business and we want them to feel as much, for as long as they’re with us….which will hopefully be a long time!! With that in mind our Team are:

Entitled to 28 days holiday per year, including Bank Holidays. If an employee works less than 5 days a week their holiday will be pro rated.

We offer 50% off our food menu for Team Members for a time before, during and after their shifts. 

‘We are Ready to Reward’ and believe in recognising excellent service, behaviour and quality. Included in this, working in partnership with our suppliers, are monthly incentive schemes and rewards..

Those working within food and beverage will receive a share of the tips and service charges earned over the course of each month.

Those working in operational roles will have uniform provided for them by the company.
