Experienced Barista for Aussie Restaurant, Timmy Green - Victoria

Buzzing all day Australian restaurant serving award winning brunch, top notch coffee, innovative small plates and Josper grilled meats. As well as our almost all natural wine list, craft beer & innovative cocktails (see Instagram: daisygreencollection). Seeking professional Barista passionate about producing consistently beautiful & delicious coffee. A team player keen to make their mark on our exciting and evolving business. We work with speciality coffee roasters, our Aussie brothers The Roasting Party, who have created a unique blend just for us. We also serve up their beautiful single origins to give our customers a variety of flavour options.

About you –

• Must have 1+ years working in hospitality
• Sound espresso knowledge
• Detailed latte art
• Familiar with La Marzocco machines, mazzer grinders, manual brewing (V60, Chemx & aeropress) 
• Focussed on delivering fantastic customer service
• A team player, work closely with your peers 
• Outgoing and friendly, get to know all our wonderful regular customers
• Must speak fluent English and hold 1+ year UK working visa
• You will need to be flexible and punctual
