We've recently opened the doors of our brand new restaurant and bar, Cyan, located in The Grand, Brighton, where we celebrate the art of shared dining and interactive cooking experiences.

Everything at Cyan is carefully crafted with sustainability and seasonality in mind - from our changing selection of tempting small plates and platters to our recycled and re-imagined design features. With Cyan, we have brought something unexpected to The Grand and something unique to the dining scene in Brighton.

Our seasonal food and drink menus are centred upon experimentation, exploration, and the expertise of our team. Our chefs craft exquisite small plates, platters, and sharing dishes that are inspired by local heritage as well as some of the incredible places they have travelled.

Our all day dining menu will change seasonally to showcase the best local and international ingredients and new flavour combinations.
