Pastry Chef de Partie - London
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to run a pastry section unsupervised but with the support of the Executive Pastry Chef and Head Chef
- Ensure consistency in food quality and service timings at all times
- Have an in depth knowledge of modern pastry cookery techniques
- Possess strong organisational skills with a high level of motivation
- Control stock rotation and minimise wastage on your section
The Successful Candidate:
- Will have experience at the level of application (Chef de Partie- Pastry)
- Enjoys working in a very busy environment
- Excellent communicator
- Builds effective and constructive relationships
- Happy to work as part of a team

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team at one of our four sites; The Thomas Cubitt, The Alfred Tennyson, The Orange and The Grazing Goat.
We are very proud of our high standard of service & quality of offer, both in terms of food and presentation.
