Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a section of the kitchen and have the ability to work across the sections
  • Ensuring high standards of food preparation are upheld
  • Keeping your section clean and organised
  • Detailed knowledge of the menu
  • Develop and train junior members of the brigade

The Successful Candidate:

  • Will have at least 1 years’ experience at the level of application
  • Experience working with a fresh and seasonal food
  • Enjoys working in a very busy environment
  • Excellent communicator
  • Builds effective and constructive relationships
  • Happy to work as part of a large team

Cubitt House is an exciting and expanding, family style run business with four highly acclaimed public house and restaurants in prestigious Central London locations, two of which have boutique hotel rooms.

We are currently recruiting for experienced chefs to join the team at each of our four sites; The Thomas Cubitt, The Alfed Tennyson, The Orange and The Grazing Goat.
