We currently have an opportunity available as Chef de Partie to join our great team of Chefs in a busy kitchen environment.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Preparing and cooking orders in accordance with portion and quality standards
- Controlling food usage to minimise waste
- Ensuring that standards are maintained and to co-operate with all staff and management to provide a smooth and efficient service
- Acting on all aspects of kitchen development and management.
- Abiding by a high standard of cleanliness, maintenance and safety in the kitchen at all times
- Providing assistance to the Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef to help ensure the smooth running of foodservice operations
- Creating high quality food to meet guest expectations and to maintain company standards
- Working as part of a team and communicating well with other departments
The ideal candidate will:
- Be excellent with time management and managing several priorities at any one time
- Have great presentation and communication skills
- Be able to act on own initiative and work in a proactive and self-motivated manner
- Have high standards
- Have a fully flexible approach to working as the hours for this role will include evening and weekend work
- Have an eye for detail to ensure guest expectations are exceeded
- Have eligibility to work in the U.K.
