We currently have an opportunity available as Chef de Partie to join our great team of Chefs in a busy kitchen environment.

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Preparing and cooking orders in accordance with portion and quality standards
  • Controlling food usage to minimise waste
  • Ensuring that standards are maintained and to co-operate with all staff and management to provide a smooth and efficient service
  • Acting on all aspects of kitchen development and management.
  • Abiding by a high standard of cleanliness, maintenance and safety in the kitchen at all times
  • Providing assistance to the Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef to help ensure the smooth running of foodservice operations
  • Creating high quality food to meet guest expectations and to maintain company standards
  • Working as part of a team and communicating well with other departments

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be excellent with time management and managing several priorities at any one time
  • Have great presentation and communication skills
  • Be able to act on own initiative and work in a proactive and self-motivated manner
  • Have high standards
  • Have a fully flexible approach to working as the hours for this role will include evening and weekend work
  • Have an eye for detail to ensure guest expectations are exceeded
  • Have eligibility to work in the U.K.
