Assistant Restaurant Manager - The Crowne Plaza Resort, Colchester

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our busy Food and Beverage team. Ideally you will already be an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or an experienced Waiter ready for your first step in to management. You must be a people person, have great communication skills, be highly organised and very standards focussed.

Duties and Responsibilities :

To manage the smooth operation of the Brasserie and The Grill Room ensuring both are maintained to the standards required and the department budgeted profitability is achieved.

Entry Requirements :

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Assistant Manager or Supervisor who we anticipate will have worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry 
  • The ideal candidate will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include :

  • WSET Level 2 is an advantage
