This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Assistant General Manager to join our talented team at a time when the company is expanding internationally. As an Assistant General Manager, you will assist the General Manager in coordinating, directing and planning everyday business for COYA Mayfair and you will have a complete overall understanding of the Restaurant Operations. You will act as a decision maker in the absence of the General Manager

The ideal candidate for this Assistant General Manager position will:

  • Have previous experience(3 years minimum) in a similar role in a luxury high-end brand
  • Be familiar with lifestyle brand concept including entertainment, live music and events
  • Have strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team
  • Have the ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests
  • Have great service standards with excellent attention to details
  • Have a great understanding of operational and financial needs
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to motivate and drive the team
  • Be friendly, attentive and eye for detail
  • Have A passion for hospitality and customer service
  • Have a high level of both spoken and written English
  • Have the ability to work under pressure
