The Role

We are currently searching for an experienced Beauty Therapist with qualifications equivalent to a minimum NVQ level 3 to join the herd at Cowshed Selfridges as Site Trainer. Our premier spa range specialises in a full collection of stylist and natural products, and the candidate will be required to deliver a full range of exciting treatments including; facials, massages, waxing and Cowshed pedicures and manicures. As a site trainer, you will also be required to work with the General Manager & the Global Learning & Development Manager in supporting training beauty therapists and ensuring standards are maintained and supporting the team with ongoing training & Guidance.

Qualifications equivalent to a minimum NVQ 2 or 3. Confident with educating guests on retail ranges and homecare.  Applicants must be passionate about the industry, welcoming and hardworking

  • Manicures & Pedicures
  • Facials
  • Body Treatments & Massage
  • Waxing

What we look for:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Beauty Therapist
  • Availability to work weekends & some evenings
  • Passionate about the Beauty Industry
  • A team player

  • Going above and beyond for clients to make sure they have a unique experience
  • Confident in building relationships with your clients and recommending products
