Night Porter

We are now recruiting for a Night Porter to join our busy team.

Cowley Manor is a 31 bedroom contemporary country house hotel and spa located in the glorious Cotswold countryside surrounded by 55 acres of parkland, woods and meadows. The gardens feature natural springs, lakes and Victorian cascades.

With emphasis on comfort, service and very few rules, Cowley Manor is the ideal place to relax, unwind and indulge in the heart of the British countryside.

You are to maintain and increase the high standards of the front office operation at Cowley Manor. Ensuring that we offer the highest level of customer service at all times and everyone who walks through the front door receives a warm welcome.

To contribute to building and maintaining an effective an effective and proud department that takes full responsibility of looking after and nurturing Cowleys product. To assist in achieving maximum guest satisfaction and maximum revenue at all times. To ensure we always put our guests needs first by promoting a relaxed and friendly team environment.

Responsibilities include:

• to ensure all night shift procedures are followed correctly which include;
• Security of the hotel carrying out regular walks
• all function rooms are set up
• guests are looked after
• reception paperwork to be completed

The role works over 11pm - 7am to include weekends and bank holidays
