Located in the popular market town of Moreton in Marsh, The Manor House Hotel is a busy 35 bedroom, 4* hotel and is part of the long established Cotswold Inns & Hotels group.
It is a high-volume, fast paced environment that also caters for up to approximately 75 weddings a year along with other events and conferences.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Reservations
- Handling guests’ enquiries
- Check-ins and check-outs
- Taking payments
- Answering calls and emails
- Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
Candidates must have previous hotel experience, knowledge of reservation booking systems, be educated to a good level with knowledge of administration and clerical procedures, computer competent and customer service experience.
