Pastry Chef | Cotswold Inns & Hotels, West Oxfordshire

We are seeking an Pastry Chef to join Kitchen Team here at our 4*/1 Rosette hotel in Burford Oxfordshire

Located deep in the heart of The Cotswolds, The Bay Tree Hotel is part of the long established Cotswold Inns & Hotels group.

This busy 21 bedroom hotel, including a Bar, Conservatory & Restaurant welcomes locals, residents and many of the visitors to the nearby popular Burford

We are looking for a Breakfast Chef who:

• has experience within a similar role
• is confident running the kitchen by yourself
• can produce breakfasts to a high standard.
• is happy with early shifts, 5 days over 7 on a rota basis,
• Freedom to create afternoon teas, celebration cakes, amazing desserts and much more
