This award winning brand is recruiting now for Chef's in our New Opening in Nottingham  - set to be our flagship site. We are opening in late January 2020 and are looking to hire full time chefs to train in our other Cosy Clubs near to Nottingham over the Christmas period.

Nottingham will be an extraordinary site with 4 private dining rooms and bars. We will cater to walk in customers, breakfast, lunch and dinner bookings in the main bar and restaurant, Weddings, Celebrations and Corporate Events.

The Cosy Club are premium restaurant and bar's, open from 9am till late every day, serving an array of mouth-watering food and quality drinks in a slightly gentrified and eccentric environment.

As a Chef you will be very hands on and previous expereince of high volume, fresh food kitchen is ideal

• Experience in a fast paced kitchen is essential for this great site
