We’ve always believed that quality coffee, served in the right way; on the right occasion is more than just a drink. It’s a feeling. An experience. We focus our collective passion and expertise on creating a combination of authentic, crafted tastes, convenience and community spirit. It’s a combination made to leave customers smiling, whether they’re meeting friends at their local Costa or picking up a Caffè Latte from a Costa Express machine.

Our vision is big. It’s exciting too. We want to become the world’s favourite coffee shop brand. Yet while we grow, our key ingredients will always remain. Our warm personality. Our welcoming environment. Our irresistible coffee. And, most importantly, our people. The Costa magic began with two brothers working together, so it’s no surprise that that sense of togetherness is still very much a part of how we act today. While everyone brings their own personalities, ideas and ambitions, we all share in the same vision and values – taking every opportunity, every day, to make a positive impact on each other, our customers and our environment. Our Flexible Working Policy enables our people to find a way in which both their working needs are met along with the needs of the business. Maybe you’d like to change your shift pattern, work from home more or work one day less per week. Whatever it is, we’ll sit down and discuss it with you and try to find a solution that benefits us all.
