Costa Stores

Costa Express

Costa Express We’ve always wanted to craft a coffee that you can get your hands on when and where you need it most, and through Costa Express we’re doing just that. Our state-of-the-art, self-serve coffee bars use precision grinding, tamping, temperature control, freshly-steamed milk and, of course, our Mocha Italia coffee beans, to provide Costa quality coffee in thousands of locations across the world. Whether you’re creating or building partnerships with our thousands of partners or maintaining our machines with your engineering expertise, you’ll be helping deliver a taste of Costa when a store may be far away.

Roastery From

Roastery From bean to cup is quite a journey. Especially when you consider that nearly every single bean that has our name on it comes and goes from our Roastery on Old Paradise Street in South London. As part of our production team you’ll see the beans come in from our coffee growing communities around the world. Then you’ll help craft, test and taste every single batch, ensuring only perfect blends leave Lambeth and head off to fill the senses of our customers.

Support teams

Support teams We want to make sure everyone can perform to the best of their ability and experience the opportunities they need to develop and follow their ambitions. That’s where our Support Teams come in. Behind the scenes they may be, but they are anything but forgotten. From Finance, Marketing and HR to Procurement, Property and Sales, they put in place everything our Store Teams, Engineers and Roastery Teams need to create truly memorable experiences for both customers and themselves.
