About Us

As a Store Manager, you’ll earn a monthly salary. This will start from £17,750 per annum plus a potential bonus. Like your team, your salary will be aligned within a starting rate. 

Your salary is then reviewed on a yearly basis depending on your performance and the average weekly sales generated by your store. 

As an Assistant Manager your starting hourly rate will be from £7.50 . Like the rest of the team, your pay will progress as you do with plenty of opportunity through our development programmes to support you having a store of your own one day.
