We are currently looking for spectacular Kitchen Porter and General Assistants  to work for the prestigous Henley Regatta.

 

 

Henley Royal Regatta is one of the best-known regatta in the world and a highlight of both the summer sporting calendar and the social season. 

The Regatta attracts thousands of visitors over the week. Spectators are thrilled by over 300 races of an international standard, which can include Olympic rowers as well as crews new to the event.

We are looking for people who can commit to working 11 – 15 August 2021 to work the regatta. However, you will have the oppertunity to work across the wider Constellation bussiness after that. 

You will also have the opportunity to work across other business sectors in the area. Constellation is a new approach to the management, recruitment, and training of Compass’s staffing operation. Requirements Main responsibilities include:

  • Being polite, prompt and friendly to all colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to remain calm during periods of high volume or unusual events, whilst remaining driven to complete your tasks.
  • Liaise with all colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer service.
  • Assisting with the set up and clear down of your area, ready for the next service.
  • Replenishing stock.
  • Actively seek to further knowledge and skills and improve personal performance.
  • Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Ensuring all service utensils are impeccably clean before use and ensuring all service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.
  • Operating machinery as shown and trained in accordance with company policy.
  • Comply with all company and unit policies with regards to Health & Safety, Food safety, Allergens, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.
  • Personally demonstrating that you take responsibility for your own health and safety.
