Constellation is the Compass Groups new workforce management division.

We are looking to recruit some amazing people to join our management team at Goodwood Racecourse. 

Working at one of the UK's premier event venues, we are looking for individuals that can be part of the team. 

We want people to join our team that have excellent customer service skills.

Driving the vision of Goodwood forward and helping to develop your teams, we need real hands on managers.

All backgrounds considered we just want the best. 

Your roles will include operationally managing a restaurant, a bar or concession area.

You will be responsible for stock, service, people, customer service and always delivering excellence. 

The roles are varied, and will include all race days as well as the 3 major sporting festivals at both the racecourse and motor circuit.

These will include the decadent Qatar Goodwood Festival, and the timeless Revival event that takes us all back to a bygone era. 

You will be the engine room of our operation, and will help create history. 

Requirements

We need specialists from all types of backgrounds.

From bars to restaurants, or hotels to members clubs, High street or event experience will be advantageous but not a necessity.
