The business began in 1982, with one ice cream van operated by Ernie & Josephine Colicci.
It was their dedication and commitment quality in service, along with their attention to detail in every aspect of the operation that set them apart from the rest. They gradually built up their fleet of ice cream vans operating all over London.
By 1994 they had commenced work with Royal Parks and were now operating in and around Hyde Park.
In 2004 and trading under the abbreviated name ECSI, secured a contract with the Royal Parks in London for 12 kiosks across Green Park, Hyde Park and St James Park.
With the next generation of family members having joined the business, ECSI aims to launch itself into a new era of catering. With the successful redevelopment of The Pheasantry Cafe in Bushy Park came the birth of the new Colicci brand.
