Clifton College Sports Ground is a multi-use facility open seven days a week, offering a variety of community-based sports bookings, at top of the range facilities in a beautiful setting.

We are seeking a full-time Duty Manager to oversee the day to day management of the sports facilities at a busy site used by the College and the wider community. We are looking for someone with excellent business acumen to develop and promote the commercial side of the business, motivate and develop staff to required standards and assist in the management of the school’s sports requirements.

You will communicate confidently with a broad range of people and manage a small team in a fast-paced environment. If you’re passionate about the leisure industry then this role could be just for you. The ideal candidate will have a sports or leisure related qualification, with experience in a sport and leisure working environment.  A first aid at work qualification is desirable as well as a knowledge of industry health and safety, although not essential. The successful candidate will work on a shift rota system which will include days, evenings and weekends.

This is a full-time, permanent position and the rate of pay is £24,610 per annum.
