Clifton College are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Sports Centre Manager to operate and develop a dual usage Sport & Leisure facility. The successful candidate will have a proven record of commercial facility operation along with strong experience in team management and development. Experience of membership growth along with operational expertise relating to fitness classes, swimming lessons, lifeguarding and personal training and how they complement each other will be key. An industry specific knowledge base relating to health and safety, financial control, marketing and product diversification will also be a key attribute of the successful candidate. Regular customer facing shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends form a key element of this role.

This is a full time (40 hours per week) permanent role. The rate of pay is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
