About our passador team

Our team of passadores serve and carve the finest selection of meats direct to guests’ tables, with all the tradition of our Brazilian Rodizio heritage. We serve a range of meats including selections of beef sirloin, fillet, rump, chicken, lamb, pork and chicken hearts to name a few. The unique experience we provide our guests centres on tailoring the service of meats to each individual we serve; from how they like their meat cooked, to the order in which they would like meat brought to the table, understanding and delivering their favourite cuts as well as when they would like a break.

About you

We are seeking a full-time passador who will complement our current team. Whilst experience is on the essentials list, what’s more important is an excellent attitude, ability and willingness to learn, initiative and sharing our values of maintaining the highest quality in service and products and maintaining an amazing environment by being an excellent team player. A successful candidate will:

  • Have experience of working in a busy, upmarket restaurant
  • Have an excellent understanding of and belief in teamwork
  • Be adaptable, proactive and use good initiative
  • Care about contributing to and maintaining high quality standards
  • Have excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Love the buzz of the restaurant floor
  • Have enthusiasm for a hands on and physically demanding role
  • Have great communication with guests and colleagues in order to provide a unique dining experience to our guests
  • Enthusiastically share knowledge about our meats with guests in order to heighten their experience

Hospitality students / graduates are particularly welcomed to apply, as are those interested in a career in the restaurant sector who can demonstrate transferable skills as well as a shining personality.

Hours of work: 40h in a combination of weekdays, weekends and evenings

Hourly rates: competitive + tips

  • Hourly rates depend on age but under 21s earn significantly more than the National Living Wage
  • 21 year olds earn the same as 25 year olds because we think that's right
  • Passadores rates increase as they progress and develop competency and expertise within their role
