An Assistant Manager must have:

-  Exceptional communication skills

-  Ability to prioritize tasks focusing on guest needs first

-  Passion for their work and hungry to achieve the best results for the company and    

    themselves.

-  Ability to let your big personality shine through and show pride in what you do

-  Ability to take charge in the absence of the GM

-  Ideally have experience in a branded restaurant

-  Fully eligible to work in the UK
