What is Chilli Pilates
At Chilli Pilates we believe passionately in Pilates. By combining Joseph Pilates’ original concepts with modern fitness principles, we have created an energetic, functional and balanced Reformer Pilates workout that will transform not only how your body looks but how it feels too.
Each one of our classes incorporate a mixture of corrective movements with body sculpting exercises. This delicate balance is maintained throughout each class by an instructor who will give you personal guidance and hands-on corrections to make sure you’re always being challenged, while still maintaining the correct posture and technique.
