JOB TITLE: Housekeeping Manager DEPARTMENT: Housekeeping REPORTING TO: Operations Manager JOB FUNCTION: To manage the department and ensure hotel cleaning standards are maintained LOCATION: Millennium & Copthorne Hotels at Chelsea FC CONTRACT: Permanent – 40 hours Any 5 of 7 days     PLAY YOUR PART (Main Responsibilities): Leading the housekeeping team to ensure all hotel areas including rooms, public areas and staff areas are clean, ready, and presentable Coordinating with other departments to ensure consistent standards are maintained and checks are in place. Ensuring audits are completed by the team to ensure we maintain consistency. The department is led, and team members directed in a manner where they are motivated and engaged in their role. Driving team members to achieve their objectives/ targets and development goals. Being pro-active with forecast reports for effective rota management Maintaining a positive relationship with external stakeholders (staffing agencies/ suppliers) Using the allocated budget effectively to ensure the highest cleaning standards are delivered Managing the agency staffing payroll budget Managing lost and found protocols Working as a duty manager in an allocated shift when required Assisting H&S protocols in the hotel.   DO THE RIGHT THING (Our Expectations): To demonstrate and live by the club’s values; Here to Win, Be Brave, Do the Right Thing, Play Your Part, Many Teams, One Club and Proud to Be Chelsea To adhere to the club’s policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Financial Authorisation, Confidentiality and GDPR.
