Working alongside your General Manager you will be the face of the business and assist with the leadership of the team, growth of the business and putting smiles on our customer faces.

About the Assistant Manager Role

Results - From previous management or supervisorial experience in hospitality or leisure you will have acquired outstanding business acumen, and driving the team to great results.

About the Pub

The Mare & Colt is a small Chef & Brewer in a rural location near Kidderminster not to for from Worcester. We have a number of regular guests who like to dine with us or just pop in for a drink or two. We are looking for an experience Assistant Manager to help increase sales and help drive us to the next level.
