About the Pub

The team at the Royal Oak are the current GK holders of Guest Pub of the Year as awarded on 2018, so best of 1900 pubs. Located on main road between Beaconsfield and Slough.
Located by Burnham Beeches so venue for walkers and dog owners.

Pub has been in double digit growth for the last 4 years with more room to grow.

GM required will need all the GK leadership behaviours. More specifically they will need to have a passion for food and guest service in a pub that has formal and an informal dinning areas. Also they will need to be a hands on manager leading by example. Chef & Brewer is a pub restaurant where traditionally 65% of sales are food, 15% are wet sales that are accompanying food and 20% are wet bar sales. Overall I'm looking for a great GM who can build on the great success already achieved by this team.
