To organise and lead the catering business within the venue in accordance with and to the standards required by Compass Group UK & Ireland and the client. To be responsible for the overall profitability of operations under your control and to ensure retention and development of all contracts to maximise their operational and financial performance. You will be managing client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner to ensure compliance and company polices are adhered to, whilst driving service to a level that excess new and existing customer requirements. You will also be responsible for reviewing business performance and ensuring delivery of key financial targets in line with management and performance reporting, whilst demonstrating commercial value to direct reports, line manager and leadership teams in line with our vision, values and overall business strategy whilst also developing your operational teams within your region.
