Assist with Financial Operations
- Help prepare management accounts, including accounting adjustments.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports for key stakeholders.
- Support the use and optimisation of tools like the Chartwells Dashboard to enhance data access and insights.
- Work closely with Regional Managers and other non-finance stakeholders to deliver accurate financial information.
- Assist in providing actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and assist in analysing trends to identify financial opportunities and risks.
- Help improve processes and adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Gain valuable experience in financial systems, reporting, and business partnering while contributing to sector-wide initiatives.
- Experience in management accounting, including adjustments and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills to work with both finance and non-finance professionals.
- Actively studying towards a recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced skills preferred).
- Familiarity with SAP, Cognos, and QuickSight for reporting and analysis.
- Adaptability and a willingness to thrive in a changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management abilities.
