Experienced Waiter - Charlotte’s Place

Charlotte's Place is our home and heritage, where we make every occasion special. The restaurant is set on the corner of peaceful and beautiful Ealing Common in a traditional Victorian shop premises, where for over 30 years we have been proud to offer fine British cooking and a warm welcome to those who live and work in West London. Set over two floors, every table offers a stunning view over the Common in a venue that has a genuine sense of history, warmth and a unique personality. Head Chef, Lee Cadden, has been behind the pass since early 2014. He has built up a reputation for creating high quality, seasonal dishes that delight loyal customers and new comers alike.

Charlotte's Group is an independent, award-winning, leading British hospitality group, with 3 different sites in West London and we are currently recruiting for full time and part time experienced waiters at Charlotte's Place in Ealing Common. 

Charlotte's Place is a charming 48 seat fine dining restaurant serving lunch and dinner 7 days a week, currently holding 2 Rosettes and working towards a Michelin star. 

Job Details: 

  • Both roles offer £9 per hour and are permanent. 
  • Expect the typical earliest start time to be 10am and the latest finish time approximately/up to midnight. 


Full time: 
You will work an average of 8 shifts per week (3 double shifts, 2 single shifts), 2 days off. 

Part time: 
You will work 25 - 30 hours per week, evenings and weekends. 

Our ideal candidate: 

  • Must have a genuine passion for customer service, a flair and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and be a team player 
  • Show dedication and drive at work and be willing to work flexible hours 
  • Ideally worked in high quality establishments and have experience in waiting tables and running your own section 
  • Good verbal and written communications skills in English
