Role objective

  • To drive the conference and events & corporate markets specifically in the local area & the Northwest region for direct business.
  • Contribute to the overall profitability requirements of Mottram Hall in line with the current Sales and Marketing Plan and the Hotel Budget, through management of existing accounts and hunting for new business and securing new clients for the LNR & C&E segments.
  • To drive mid-week LNR business and to increase awareness of the new Mottram in the local marketplace.
  • Ensure that all customers are linked with and kept up to date with current rates or new developments within the hotel.
  • Ensure an up-to-date and accurate knowledge of competitor hotels, local business, and competitor hotels rates, activity, and developments.
