Restaurant Manager - Champneys Forest Mere, Liphook

Champneys is a destination health spa chain with resorts and day spas located in the English counties of Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Leicestershire and Hampshire. Providing the highest standard of food and beverage service and providing a fine dining experience to Champneys guests.

We are now recruiting for talented Restaurant Manager to work in the award winning Champneys Forest Mere Health Resort situated in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. The resort has just gone through a major refurbishment and the décor has been designed to the highest standard.

If you have what it takes to demonstrate your skills with serving discerning customers in a unique environment then this could be the opportunity for you, you will be involved in the daily presentation of our breakfast and lunch buffets and providing a fine dining experience to our evening guests.

In order to succeed in this role you will have over three years experience working in a busy restaurant, waiting on tables and managing a café area. You will have had experience in assisting the Food and Beverage Manager with the responsibility for maintaining high standards of professional service at all times in the restaurant and bar areas. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the department, and supporting the team.

You will be pleasant and helpful to guests without familiarity, strong customer service skills, demonstrate effective English communication skills, have a working knowledge of the Champneys approach to healthy eating in order to advise guests and answer queries (training provided).
