- Setting up service counters for service and keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with the CH&CO standards.
- Serving all food to the highest standard and in line with the CH&CO style using the correct tools and presentation techniques.
- Cleaning and washing up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules.
- Assisting in the cleaning and clearing of tables polishing of cutlery.
