Cafe Assistants & Kitchen Porters

What is expected of you

•Serve all food to the highest standard and in line with the CH&CO style using the correct tools and presentation techniques.
•Prepare and serve all beverages in a timely manner and to the CH&CO standard.
•To set up service counters for service and keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with the CH&CO standards.
•Clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules.
•Under the guidance of your line manager ensure that merchandising at service counters and dining areas have products correctly priced, labelled and in date.
•Work with colleagues to maintain food availability during service periods.
•Assist in the cleaning and clearing of tables polishing of cutlery.
