Executive Chef

Fully responsible for the provision of seasonal food in line with the CH&CO brand whilst ensuring that all standards of quality, food hygiene and health and safety are met. Responsible for the full management of the kitchen and the kitchen team, works to deliver all budgetary targets and provides high standards of customer service. Works with the General Manager builds strong relationship with the client at St Pauls.
