This Keyholder/Team member position is based in Burnham On Sea, High Street venue in Somerset. You will be working for one of the largest and most respected brands in High Street gaming, synonymous with excitement and best value entertainment.

As you would expect from a fast paced, seven-day business, the busiest times are when customers are having fun with us at the Venue, so working weekends and Bank Holidays are a fundamental part of this role.

Ideally, you are already an experienced Key holder who is ready to take on the next challenge in helping the management to run a business, promote venue and increase the customer base.

If so, then this could be the role for you!

You will be working 25 hours per week on any 5 out of 7 days, so you will need to be flexible in your work approach, and happy to work any days of the week. This is a part time, permanent role with additional hours required to help cover staff absences and holidays.

The Keyholder/Team Member role is a vital part of the Venue, as this role holds the key to making customers feel welcome and helps create that fun atmosphere needed to deliver the great gaming experience!

The ideal candidate will be:

• 18 years or over (due to gambling legislation)
• Experienced in running and supervising a team
• Very customer focused, reliable, trustworthy, energetic, with a friendly personality and multitasking skills
• Able to resolve any challenging issues that may arise in a customer focused environment
• Comfortable with handling cash
• Confident in promoting our products and services as part of continual improvement
• Ambitious and have the drive to support the Management Team in succeeding to meet company targets
• Able to work calmly, methodically and professionally, without supervision, even under pressure
• Experienced in a retail, hospitality, leisure or gaming environment
• Able to speak and write fluent English
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to display good standard of Mathematics
