The role is based at the impressive Carnival UK Headquarters in Southampton and is paying a competitive salary.

The Role

Reporting into the Service Desk and User Access Manager, this six month full time role will involve working within the Compliance team to collate, construct and distribute User Access Reviews across the Carnival UK business. This includes ensuring that all access controls are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of audit and compliance policies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer user access and controls within CUK IT system portfolio.
  • Perform periodic compliance reviews as required for SOX, GDPR, PCI DSS and general systems security
  • Continually develop and improve  whilst developing the best practice models, processes and procedures for performing user access reviews and privileged access reviews
  • Undertake wider activities  to ensure user access policies, standards and best practises are implemented across business systems and applications
  • Identify, document and implement processes related to User Access Reviews and other related processes
  • Identify, log and resolve (within remit) compliance remediation activities prior to, during and post review
  • Support the continual improvement of tools and technologies in place to support user access management procedures
  • Work with Carnival UK IT department and business teams to drive completion of compliance remediation tasks within audit timescales.
  • Coordinate the distribution of User Access Reviews to system approvers, ensuring responses are monitored and reported on in a timely fashion.
  • Identify risks to internal and external compliance regulations and report as necessary

    Experience Required:

    • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • Experience working in a corporate IT environment.
    • Desirable - Experience and good working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI-DSS and related Regulatory policies
    • Desirable - Experience with user access and privileged access technologies such as Sail Point, Quest One, Liebermans, Cyber Ark
    • Desirable – Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
    • Working knowledge of industry best practises and approaches within Identity and Access Management
    • Experience of CUK systems  (eg AMOS, MXP, Polar, CORE, Abacus etc)
