Early Years Operational Person - London 

We are looking for someone to oversee our Early Years Programme this summer and greet any OFSTED visits that we may have. This person will need to have experience in a Nursery or Early Years setting and have experience in engaging with OFSTED inspectors.

The job will involve but not subject to:

• Having the experience and knowledge of what to expect when facing a OFSTED inspection.
• Visiting all Camps around London.
• Ensuring that all Camps EY programmes are running really well
• Ensuring the paperwork is all up to date
• Checking Staff understand all our safeguarding policies and procedures.
• This person will also be responsible for ensuring the camps have the resources that they require and that they are all prepared for an Ofsted visit.

This person should have good knowledge of the Early Years framework and be looking to achieve an Outstanding grade at any inspections we undergo this year.

You will need to have access to your own car and willing to travel around London and the surrounding areas.
