Early years Co-ordinator - Bancroft’s School, Woodford Green 

As an Early Years Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, co-ordinating and implementing all aspects of the day camp programme for 3 to 4 year olds.
 
You will lead a small team of staff allocating activities duties and supervision rotas. Not every camp has a Early Years Coordinator, this position will be at our larger sites and at those sites where the Camp Director holds a level 3 qualification and an Early Years Manager is not required.

It is vital that you have experience in the childcare and early years fields, have a good knowledge of Ofsted and above all really want to give the 3 and 4 year old the best holiday ever!

•  Minimum Age: 19+ years
• A level 2 qualification or equivalent, e.g. CACHE, BTEC or Montessori is desired and experience of at least a year would put you in good shape to run your own Nursery with Camp Beaumont.
• Applicants must be UK/EU citizens or have a valid UK work permit

Salary: £281.25 - £346.50 per week (45 hrs/week)
