Senior Group Leader - Claremont Fan Court School, Esher
As Senior Group Leader you are part of the management team and will be responsible for the efficient running of the specialist holiday programme.
You will also co-ordinate and support all head group leaders and be the link between senior camp management and the staff team.
You will be a great motivator and keep staff morale high at camp. You may on occasion be asked to help with timetabling, observing staff performance and offer advice to those who are under performing.
You should be a very enthusiastic person with loads of energy and a real desire to make the children's experience the best ever!
- Minimum age: 19+
- Childcare Qualification and/or First Aid certificate (desirable but not essential as full training will be given)
- Applicants must be UK/EU citizens or have a valid UK work permit.
