Camp Director - Claremont Fan Court School, Esher

The Camp Director has overall responsibility for the camp. You will be the person that everyone at camp looks to for motivation, support, and direction, therefore you must show knowledge and experience in the product, programming, customer care, diplomacy, financial care and health and safety.

It's important that you are fair in the management of the camp and keep the lines of communication between the operations team, head office and of course the parents as clear as possible.

You need to be confident, a thinker and ultimately a decision maker. Experience within the company prior to taking on this role will be highly beneficial. 

  • Minimum age: 21+ years
  • Applicants must be UK/EU citizens or have a valid UK work permit.

Salary - £382.50 - £540 per week* (45 hrs/week)
