About the role...

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the restaurant & runs efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food and the service they receive. You’ll be a great leader, effectively developing and managing your team and be polite, courteous and professional. Under your leadership, the team will provide a memorable and efficient service at all times to maintain an exceptional standard of service and quality. In this hands on role, you’ll lead the team and venue to success! You will coordinate and supervise the daily operational requirements of all food and beverage activities and supervise the sales of food and beverage items. You’ll also ensure compliance with all brand, health, safety, or other requirements.

About you…

You will be a leader who can drive and motivate a team while working well under pressure. Working with a diverse team to deliver excellent service. Managing a team, building good relationships with colleagues and the customer. Adaptable and committed to finding solutions to any problems. You will also ensure the training and development of the team and the highest Health and Safety standards are maintained.

Hotel Indigo Edinburgh can be found on the world-famous Princes Street, while also being conveniently located adjacent to Waverley Mainline Train Station.
We boast spectacular views that can be seen from the Hotel I across the Old Town district of the city — Edinburgh Castle can be seen from your accommodation as well.
