About the job ...

As an employee of our group you’ll project a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times, ensuring that the guest’s needs are met to the highest possible standard and that customer care along with attention to detail is paramount at all times. All opportunities to increase sales should be encouraged.

You’ll be responsible for taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested and per the venues standards. You’ll gain knowledge of our drinks offering and be able to assist guests with drink recommendations. You will also keep a well-stocked bar with adequate supply, clean the bar and tables, share ideas for future menus, and ensure we always adhere to licencing laws.

About you ...

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar environment with an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and excellent command of the English language. You will also be of smart professional appearance, have experience in customer care and will make guest satisfaction a priority. You will be punctual and flexible in order to meet the needs of the business (as we are open 7 days a week) and be an effective team player.
