About the role…

You will support the Front of House Manager in coordinating the effective delivery of high quality customer services and ensure that the front of house facilities are maintained and presented to a high standard.
You will ensure that all brand standards are met and take all opportunities to promote service excellence to all guests and drive profit from the business focusing on quality.

About you...

The successful candidate will have previous relevant hotel experience. You will need to be flexible, have a hands-on approach, have fantastic inter-personal skills, be an excellent team player and have the ability to meet targets. You will also have:
• Previous experience in a supervisory Front Office role within the hotel sector
• High level of IT proficiency
• Experience of managing and developing people
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team

The Cairn Group’s Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre is a modern hotel conveniently located near to the Birmingham New Street train station.
The hotel is within an easy walk of the great bars and restaurants found in the Arcadian complex, as well as both the Hippodrome and New Alexandra theatres, Birmingham’s China Town district, The Mailbox shopping centre and the Bullring commercial area.
