About the role...

As Leisure Receptionist you are responsible for delivering the very best in customer service to our external members, hotel guests,and for pro-actively seeking opportunities to join new members to our facility.

About you...

We are looking for a self motivated, welcoming and friendly team member - Experience within the Leisure Industry is desirable but not essential.

WAVE Spa and Wellness Centre is a leisure club found within the stylish Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross hotel which is packed with facilities. Guests can lie back and rejuvenate in the leisure club’s sauna, steam room or one of their five treatment rooms. The Rasul™ Mud Therapy room and the steam bathing masseuse sauna spa treatment room come highly recommended in particular.
