About the role…

The P2P team is designed to support the business and develop the team in a manner that other businesses can’t offer.

  • Communication with hotel and leisure sites across the UK
  • Identifying and ordering goods and services for the sites
  • Inputting and processing high volumes of purchase invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Processing payment runs using BACS
  • Invoice filing
  • Dealing with supplier queries

 

About you…

The successful candidate will have a big heart, organisational skills, and the ability to work as part of varied team that has deadlines to meet. Previous experience within administration (such as a purchase ledger, ordering or payments department), is helpful but not imperative. You need to be computer literate (the role includes daily use of Excel and Sage 200 - training will be provided).
