About the role...
Working as part of the management team, the Front of House Manager will assure the best possible overall guest experience with particular emphasis on building a highly professional, efficient and motivated front of house service staff. The Front of House manager has to ensure that the front of house facilities are maintained and presented to a high standard
You will be responsible for the Hotel Reception Team and our Guest Experience / Relations.
About you...
The successful candidate will have previous relevant hotel experience. You will need to be flexible, have a hands-on approach, have fantastic inter-personal skills, be an excellent team player and have the ability to meet targets. The candidate will need to have previous experience within a Front of House role, high IT proficiency and experience managing people."
