About the role…
We are looking for individuals with a passion for delivering outstanding service to join our professional and friendly team. The role will involve all aspects of beauty and reception work, including performing a range of treatments, meeting and greeting hotel guests and health club members, ensuring check ins and check outs, taking bookings, and seeking opportunities to exceed the retail targets and budget set for the department.

You will also be of smart professional appearance, have experience in customer care and will make guest satisfaction a priority.
