About the role…

As the Conference Office Sales Manager, you will ensure the efficient and smooth running of all Hotel Conference & Events by dealing with all client enquiries and event planning in a polite, through manner providing an efficient and professional service from end to end. You will ensure that all clients & guests needs are exceeded in addition to maximising the revenue our conference facilities can generate. Utilising feedback you have obtained you will look to continually develop and improve the service offered in order to secure repeat business.

About you…

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within a busy  hotel or conference centre, be a sales professional who understands conference events and sales, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be computer literate, an excellent team player and have a professional, friendly nature.
